Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Architect to lead architectural planning, design, and project execution for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires balancing aesthetics, functionality, compliance, budgets, and deadlines. Basically the ancient ritual of convincing clients that good design costs money while contractors insist gravity is optional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead architectural design and planning for multiple projects simultaneously

  • Develop concept designs, working drawings, and construction documentation

  • Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams

  • Ensure projects comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws

  • Conduct site visits and monitor project progress during execution

  • Review project budgets, timelines, and material specifications

  • Communicate with clients to understand requirements and present design solutions

  • Mentor junior architects and design team members

  • Collaborate with contractors and vendors to resolve technical issues

  • Participate in project meetings, approvals, and presentations

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture

  • 5-10 years of professional architectural experience

  • Strong portfolio of residential and/or commercial projects

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar design tools

  • Good understanding of construction methods and building materials

  • Knowledge of local development regulations and approval processes

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills

  • Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure without mentally dissolving into CAD layers

  • Experience in project coordination and on-site supervision preferred

What We Over

  • Competitive salary package

  • Performance-based bonuses and annual appraisals

  • Paid leaves and public holidays

  • Career growth and leadership opportunities

  • Flexible and collaborative work environment

  • Exposure to high-value and large-scale projects

  • Training and professional development support

  • Modern office workspace with latest design tools

  • Health insurance and employee wellness support

  • Occasional site visits that remind everyone the sun still exists outside office render farms
